HealthPro lets

Enter personal information such as age, gender, height, weight, and activity
level.
* Choose between a weight goal or a body fat goal.
* If body fat percentage is entered, calculate for lean body mass and amount of body fat in pounds or kilograms.
* Specify a start and end date for a weight loss or gain program, or leave blank for weight maintenance. HealthPro gives you total control over your goals, but provides alerts to inform you of the possibility of making unhealthy weight goals and choices.
* Compute daily estimates for energy requirements. HealthPro updates daily estimates based on updated measurements for age, height, weight, and physical activity levels.
* Automatically calculate how many calories you burn during the day, and how many calories to reduce or increase from your diet to reach your weight goals. HealthPro also translates how many pounds or kilograms of weight you should lose or gain per day, based on weight goals that you set.
* Select from a list of diet plans, or customize your diet plan to fit your own personal needs. HealthPro will automatically calculate the percentages and number of calories for carbohydrates, protein and fat in your selected diet.
* View your progress with over 20 different charts and graphs. Monitor your daily progress by selecting a weekly view, or get the big picture with the monthly view.
* Compare your daily calorie budget against your actual calorie consumption at a glance, and view estimated energy expenditure against actual number of calories burned during exercise and daily activities. HealthPro informs you through a daily trend monitor whether your calorie consumption versus expenditure will result in weight gain, loss or maintenance.
* Set alarms and reminders. Never forget that vitamin pill again! HealthPro allows you to set up to 5 alarms or reminder text from within the HealthPro application, as well set daily, weekly, monthly or yearly repeating alarms.
* Keep a journal or personal notes using the Journal feature.
* Log body measurements daily, as well as other measurements such as blood pressure, intake of 2005 Food Pyramid portions, current body fat measurements, and resting heart rate. HealthPro automatically calculates related measurements such as target heart rate and heart rate reserve.
* Use the calendar for one-tap access to alarms, journal, log, food and activity entries for any date. Browse to the previous or next month, or instantly jump back to the current date. The calendar changes color to let you distinguish between the current and selected date. Know at a single glance which dates on the calendar have entries.
* Switch instantly between Food and Activity mode by tapping on the Switch Mode button.
* Select from over 9,000 entries in the Food database. Use the intuitive search feature to locate an entry from any of 24 available categories, or customize the database for your individual needs. HealthPro lets you add, delete, or modify food items. You can also enter your favorite recipes and assign a special name to it.
* Easily convert serving sizes in the database. Choose from up to 15 serving sizes for certain foods, using common units of measure used in cooking like teaspoons, tablespoons, and cups.
* Select from almost a thousand entries in the Activity database. Use the intuitive search feature to locate an entry from any of 22 available categories, or customize the database for your individual needs by adding, deleting or modifying activities. You can also enter your favorite exercise routines and assign a special name to it.
* View calculations derived from daily logged entries. Know your BMI, body category, basal metabolic rate, total daily energy expenditure, and the values for over 40 different food nutrients based on your selected diet.
